The syntax in default is wrong. The correct syntax is:
2.1.127
(Universe 2, DMX 1, Signal 127)
With this syntax you can fill the field manually

I tried with Vista and Windows 7 and older versions. The best version was 4 Jun, but there are many bugs with DMX input, no Commands in ERA...
