Dimmer Fader

Hi,

theres a Bug with the Dimmer Fader.

I create a Szene with only one channel dimmer. Set it to 255 and save. Then in Live I add an Dimmer Fader. Everything is fine.

Now I save and exit the program and start it again. Now the fader is out of function. Everytime I start my scene in Live, (fader is on 05%) I have 100% output and no reaction on the dimmer fader.

DVC3 Gold with actual Firmware 1.08

Hi,

I think I found the bug.

It happens during creation of a scene in editor, when you do not turn a channel to "on" and only push up the fader (automatically it goes "on"), then I have the problems with the dimmer fader in live. If I first switch channel "on" and then I push up the fader to 255, everything seems right.

Hi again,

no, that wasnt it. After saving, all except one (!) fader are corrupt! Perhaps caused by the latest update of the Midi-Input-Problem?

Try it yourself:
- patch 6dimmers to 1
- create group with 6 scenes
- create one step per every scene and add a channel
- go to live and create dimmer fader for every scene
- play with faders turn on/off
- save
- leave program and restart it
- load your show
- set every fader to perhaps 50% in live
- turn on every channel
