Hello, can you tell me why RDM Manager doesn't work for me? Offers 30 trial days, I click to get, but nothing happens. Also, for some reason I can't buy an RDM add-on through DMXSoft. I use DVC GZM

Thanks for raising this topic! Would you please be able to raise a ticket at help.daslight.com so that we can look further into this for you? I believe the reason that this isn't working for you currently is because the RDM Hardware license needs to be purchased, but we will be able to check all of this much easier through our ticket system.
