Feature request: speed sliders on (all) FX

I still haven't a clue how you're meant to adjust the speed of some of the FX. There ought to be a speed slider where appropriate.

There is a Duration value in the Properties window which can be used to set the scene speed, however (as described in further detail on a previous post) it is not possible to assign individual speeds to a specific effect within an effect rack.
