interfaces not seen on software

Why i'm not able to see any of my dD4 GZM boxes on dalight5? on hardware manager interfaces are seen normally. Only time when been able to use GZM on 5 was on first beta...

i'm aware of device activation tab on preferences... problem is that interface is not listed on there even it can be seen on hardware manager. And this has been tested on 7 different computers.

GZM gold and GZM should be needed without license? or is there something else what is not described on manuals and quick start?

daslight gold and gzm are products (not new case version) what are not "compatible" on dmxsoft licensing system
