MIDI Mapping Problem Launchpad X

I can no longer map the button leds to the edges of the launchpad X


And my old request: how can i send MIDI message in channel 2 for NOTE ON and MIDI message in channel 1 for NOTE OFF ?

Always NOVATION LAUNCHPAD X and I would like to do that:
when the scene is on, the led of pad blinking (channel 2)
when the scene is off, the led of the pad is fix (channel 1)
