Hi,

As far as I know, there is no timeline feature in the present version of Daslight4.
A workaround is using a virtual MIDI device (like the free LoopBE1) and a multitrack app with an audio track + a MIDI track to program the triggering events. Some of these app's are free (Sony Acid, Audacity, ...).
Each scene of Daslight4 can be triggered by a MIDI event. The MIDI in can be set in preferences.
I've already tried this method and it works fine.

I have to constantly do this. For now the only way I found its to set each step acording to the time of the song. It takes a while to do and some adjusting but it looks good when it's done, then you only have to press one botton and that starts the music and lights

The other way is to set a Group for each song, first scene triggers music and basic lights (needs to be "protected from release")
Second scene can be the song intro, third scene chorus, and so on. (Make shure to apply the scene fade, so the transfer from one to another it's smooth) this is not as "automatic" as the first option, but it gives you more control over the time and when chages occur

Still I'm also hoping they make a easier way to create an audio/ilumination sync show. :-)
Hope this was helpful!
