Daslight Bugs in Version May 30 2013

Hi,
i have a new Daslight Dongle DVC3 512 Siudi9B.
I can only use the latest Daslight Version from May 30 2013, because the older version i have don't detect the dongle. The Version on CD don't detect the dongle, too.

Now I have a big problem with the new Dasdlight Version:

After i do my patching, save the dvc file and exit Daslight, on next start when I open my dvc file in most cases i get the error message "Encountered an improper argument".

After that i cannot use the properties of my fixtures because I cannot see them in the fixture properties window. I have only the common view with all faders. But the tabs for the different fixtures are missing or they are empty.

Do you now about these problems? Maybe if it helps you i can send you some screenshots.

download the beta patch from the website, this will correct the bug.

I have the same problem, can not install the patch. Version 3 is a disaster. This is from patch to patch getting worse. With Windows 8, the program can not run often, and if it works yet and I want to load a project from version 2, the program crashes. I'll be back to update to version second

Hi,
I could start may 25 version on one PC, the other one crashed when I tried to load any of my shows. It now works with today's update.

However, one of the most serious problems I encounter ist still there, and may be worse with the patch: I watch carefully when I program a scenethat all other scenes/faders are off.

When I start the program again I find a random number of faders (although mostly dimmer faders) set to ON with DMX=0. The really annoying result ist that lights are turned off or change when another light is activated. I have already completety reprogrammed my existing basic shows for the last official release, but apparently this problem remains inherently in place.

Any idea?
