Audio Analyzer problem finding the right beat

Hello,

I'm using a dj mixer and it has an audio output to my laptop.
When I start the audio analyser, i have the cable connected with the line in.
Also gave it a try with the mic in from the laptop, but sometimes the beat counting is wrong, or the light don't change on the beat.

For example:

audio 128 bpm recognizing good. Light changes on beat.
Next song is 100 bpm, but audio analyzer still says 128 bpm.
Reset is working. The audio analyzer gives me 102 bpm.
But now I don't see a difference between lights changing at 128 bpm and 100 bpm.


What goes wrong ?

If there's a big jump in the speed of a song, sometimes you need to press the reset button on the analyzer. We're optimizing the algorithm on the next version and it will be available with the next beta.
