Show error message instead on crash entire app

It would be very good if showing a simple error message such as "something went wrong, do you want to send an error report?" and then be able to continue working in the application.
Currently the exceptions are fetched by the operative system (Win10), and entire D4 stops working so I have to restart it and maybe lose some of the latest changes before the crash.

Quite frequently the application stops responding for a while, for example while saving. It would be nice to see somekind of progress indicator on saving.
