Hi,
After spending 30hours of programming in daslight3 (stable, 27.07.12) I´m totally lost.
First Problem (tried on severall notebooks/ install with win7):
- Started from scratch
- 30 Scenes for moving heads in 8 groups
- BPM on step is lost, after activatin bpm on step in a few scenes (lost in all scenes!. You see the Icons (note) disapear during adding bpm on step.
- After saving a light show with activated bpm on step, bpm on step is not coming up after next start
- After minimizing Audio Analyzer and bringing the window up again its empty (white background) - but still active
- Spent 4 hours with all possible options. No fix found. I do not find realtion between clicking bpm on step on some scenes and lost all bpm set ups...
>> BPM no usable
2nd:
Trying to delete a group with one fixture and answering the question to keep the fixture with yes and delete the new group a second time - > CRASH!
3rd:
If I use characters like >< in the scene name after a reload they are renamed to something not usable; also some content of the scene is lost
I need very urgent help for the problem with the bmp counter and lost bmp to step problem. This problems is also exitsting in the actual beta version. tried to give the Analyzer and Daslight administrative rights > no solution. Also tried it again from scratch on another notebook with a fresh installation. Same result!
Please help.
I am very frustrated about this bug - if its not solved, Daslight is the wrong choice for me. BPM usage is a major feature!

BPM and speed adjustment
Got the same problem with BPM.
On my €89,00 contoller is a "tap" button. Hit it two times in sync with the drummer and your show is at the right speed when the band starts to play. As easy as that. Nearly at the end of the song, slide the speed fader up (wich takes over) for fastest speed and black out at the end. Next song, other scene, same story, looks good with almost no effort.
I don't have to tell how much time and effort it takes in Daslight to get this result because Yosh76 already did.
Dear Daslight programmers:
It can't be that difficult to calculate the speed by hitting a button two times and than adjust the speedfader in the livemode accordingly? Another small step to link that button with MIDI so I can finaly use the "tap tempo" button on my midi controller. Please make it possible. Yosh and I are not the only ones asking!

Hi,
next 12hours gone. Definetly a big bug/ major issue.
Rebuilld everything on win xp with fresh DVC3, fresh scenes again.
Same result.
If beat on step is active and I do NOTHING - after a few minutes it is gone.
Reoload the saved show does not help. Restart the software helps for a few minutes.
EDIT:
Sami has contacted me to get the shows to analyze the problem.
Thanks for the support.
