[BUG] new fixture can't move pan & title in sep. 4 BETA

I create a new fixture in july 27 and it can move pan & title in sep. 4 BETA version but it can work fine in july 27 version when I reinstall back to july 27 version

I find this problem is the pan & title speed when u set it in scanlibrary editor profile setting...

if u set time there the pan & title will not move in victure 3d..

test on sep. 4 BETA
