Hi, I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but when I try to map a touch button, regardless of the touch panel being docked at the top or not when I try to map the touch controls nothing happens.
My process is start on the touch page, click the map touch button, a red box appears around the target button, navigate to the control tab, select a desired scene (or scenes by ctrl + left click, the desired scenes are highlighted with a white border no link happens, navigate back to the touch tab and reselect the button for mapping and nothing again. Can someone point me in the direction of where I am going wrong?
Is this issue the same as the one highlighted previously or user error? If it is a version issue, can I download a version where the software doesn't have this issue? If not can I export a daslight 5 file and open in daslight 4 somehow to map out the control buttons and then reopen in daslight 5?
TIA.

Re: Touch Mapping Help
I have worked out what I was doing wrong! I was keeping the touch page in edit mode whilst trying to map the buttons. For anyone struggling finding guidance on what to do, edit has to be deactivated for me to let me create a mapping. Silly mistake but hopefully someone else can be saved the frustration like I was lol.

Re: Touch Mapping Help
Procedure: - Touch page docked to main window - Create via edit button/fader - Exit edit - switch to control page - Open touch mapping window - Select the desired scene with the left mouse button (it will be framed) - switch to touchpage - Select the desired button with the left mouse button Or: just tap in the control desired scene with ALT+ left mouse button, new button is automatically created on the touch page (no edit active)
