Hi everyone. I know this has got to have came up and maybe i just dont see it or know it exists in 5 but is there a "blackout while moving" or "black to move" etc call it what you will.?? This feature is so necessary to have. Please will someone let me know where this feature is on DAS5?
If its not a feature, it should be the very next feature you guys tackle because without it the desk just wont compete with some of the others out there . I like the simplicity of 5 its layout and graphics, I just hope its in the works if its not already included..

As far as I know there's no finished "features" which exactly does this.
But I think it would be very easy to just create a simple scene with the dimmer actively put off for your moving heads, so by using a Super Scene, you can combine that little "blackout snippet" with any MOVE FX scene -or whatever movement you may have created- so it will just "blackout" whenever you want it to.
(Just give that blackout snippet a higher priority than the rest, so it will overwrite all other dimmer controls of your devices. For more info about priority settings please check out chapter "4.2. Creating scenes" in the user manual, it's right before the next chapter, "4.3. Super scenes".)
