Indeed UTF8 is not taken into account on the remote app.

We now have a candidate fix for this available for you to test. If you have an Android device, you can download the new beta for Daslght Remote from here:

The iOS version is available for internal testing, and will be released on the App Store at the same time the Android version is released on Google Play.
