Daslight 5 Hardware upgrade

I am using DVC4 Fun interface with Daslight 5.
I upgraded from 128 to 512 channels last year and bought 2x 1-year licence (D4 last year, D5 this year)
So i spend a total of like 300-400€ in my set up.

When i want to upgrade to DVC 5 with the new device, the webpage offers me to send my old DVC4 FUN in and pay 416€....

Is there a way to get a better offer?

In the Music Store next to me the price is 449€....

Hey,

my advice would be to buy a new DVC Gold instead of exchanging your old one. You’d have to send your old device to hungary (I’m not sure) and pay an insured package with tracking, which costs another 15€ in germany. In addition you’re the one who has a problem if there is something wrong during shipping. I decided to spend another 15€ for a new device, saved time and could keep my old device.

But it’s on you how proceed with it.
