Scene order messed up after restarting show

Hi all, I have a problem in sorting the scenes. Just prepared a whole show, closed and restarted Daslight and all the scenes are messed up. The scenes do remain in the correct group.
After booting up, I sort the scenes again, I save the program and open it again, and everything is mixed up again. In the same wrong order as last time. It seems almost that the scenes are saved in the order they were created.
I am using the latest Daslight 5, Beta7, the most recent version. Reinstalling this program does not help either.
I also work with DVC3, with the same problem.
My show is splitted in a bank for ledpars, a bank for movingheads, etc, and in each bank there are for this moment 31 programs. Perhaps this is to much because there is a limit?
