Fx Generator and key points for different venues ?

Post by douezneuf »

Maybe there's a function I didn't discover about the fx generator but as all the venues are different, can someone explain me how to adapt a pan tilt effect for each venue.

I mean that if I want all my spot moving head pointing a specific area at the beginning of the scene, how to focus the position of each projector while keeping the pan/tilt movements ?
Another example is that if I generate a matrice effect for 4 led pars and want to add more pars, I have to recreate the whole effect and generate it again..

If it's not possible then I would like to give some ideas:

-Possibility to keep the effects as such and not convert it in steps
->AND / OR: save an effect and be able to load it, modify it, and generate it again.
-Include some key points (or position point) in an effect as pan&tilt limit/ start position/transitional position 1,2,3... / finish position ...

-Possibility to save some positions and colors presets and be able to load it quickly in a new step

Thanks to the developers to listen to what users think

Unfortunately this is not a feature available in Daslight. This is a more advanced feature which can be found in our other software Sunlite Suite 2 (see below for the user manual as an example).

Custom effect presets can be loaded and saved. See no.1 on the following creating effects part of the user manual. http://www.daslight.com/manuals/#/en/da ... ng-effects
