I have a lighting bar which has pars and scans on it. The profile works it 2d but the scanners do not work o. The 3d visualiser - it doesn't recognise the movement. Anyone have any ideas?

I am using the fixture profile for the above. In the 3d viewer the colours seem to work and recognises the gobo changes but the pan and tilt and colours on the spots don't seem to do anything. Is there a way to alter the profile to get it to work properly?
