anyone knows what the return value of -50 means when opening the adapter?

I am working at the moment on a simple software to controll light using the dashard.dll the goal is writing a software which runs "alone" on a "disko night" but still performing a great show and not doing the same all the time It shall analyse the incoming sound and music signals...

I just found out that the bpm alayzer of sunlight also speaks with ths software from daslight maybe u can use the sound to light function from them, just an idea....

I have several Ideas concerning the software. for Example i miss a function to go manually step by step through a scene. also it would be great to have a possibility to be able to work with the "open sound control" to have eg tractor as a bpm source, being more acurate then the build in so...

I am agreeing with you, it is a very expensiv adapter, and you get a (in parts) really good software, but some smaller things, like a good support (changelog eg) are missing, and ican not understand why. also it is often said that no team member is giving help in the forums, I dont know, am I expect...

i guess we users should hold together, when there is no help from the daslight team... if you have windows vista you can make your computer listen to the main stereo mix. to do this go in the sound menue and select recording, in vista the selection for the main mix is usualy hidden, to active it cli...
