DVC 2 Software problem

It seems like I have a slight software problem, cause yesterday the "live mode" crashed. I was able to run the show from the editor window by clicking my way through the whole show. 52 scenes with at least 20 to 50 steps. I got 5 movinheads from GLP (ypoc 250 lazer). Not even a preview in the 3D window. Has anybody a clue what happened here and how I can fix it?

Please can you send your .DVC show to "daslight @ Daslight . com" and explain how the crash occured. We will check it and correct it.

I had a very similar problem yesterday... live mode stops working and during live mode four of my movers would pan/tilt but stayed on blackout yet if I used the editor mode all worked fine?

Just a quick update on this... the problem only seems to affect the Mac250's and Mac300's :shock:

they are moving, changing colour & gobo etc but not opening the shutters in live mode - any ideas??

please make sure that you dont have LIVE ACTION, in the live mode. ancel all the LIVE ACTIONS.
