I am using the DVC2 Eco interface and when I open DVC3 Beta, the hardware won't read.

The hardware reads fine in the tools program, but it isn't being recognized by the beta. Just wanting to see if DVC3 will support this device?

I use the DVC2 512 ECO interface and have the same problem, too
(Win XP SP3)

DVC2 Eco is not supported as it is an old generation DVC2 interface
