fixtures are always on and flashing wildly

Oparating System: Windows 10
Daslight 5: 5.0.5.1
Easy Viewer: 2.0.3
Problem:
When I start the 3D viewer, all the lights are already on and blinking like crazy. The devices cannot be controlled. Nothing changes when I switch on any running lights in live mode. Everything flickers and doesn't do what it's supposed to.
What am I doing wrong?
