Hello,

please, how can I create static scenes where the moving heads first move to the final position and only when this position is arrived then the dimmer starts opening.

Right now everything starts at once and the moving heads move with full light on before arriving in their static position.

Thanks for raising this thread! Unfortunately this is not as simple as it may sound since the software itself actually has no way of knowing when a fixture has reached it's final movement position. This is because each fixture has a different movement speed, and often a separate Speed channel controlling how fast the fixture can move, it also depends on the start position of the fixture... So there are a lot of things to consider there. Some fixtures will actually include a channel function for blacking out the fixture whilst moving, but many do not have this and so will need you to set something up manually.

My recommendation would be to set up a Steps scene with 2 steps:

- Step 1 set your desired position, but have the dimmer or shutter off.
- Step 2 set the same position, but have the dimmer or shutter on.
- Set the wait time (or fade time if you prefer) for Step 1 to be the rough timing that is needed for the position to be achieved.
- Go to the scene Advanced Properties and set the loop count to 1, then turn OFF the release at end toggle.
