Hi,

DASLight is such a great software ! Thank you so much for programming !

1.) I'd like to create scenes with only change of colour but without influence on the position of the Moving Head.

For example: One scene "Blackout" and one scene with "colour red" and one scene with "colour blue"

The moving head always returns to it's default position. I purposely did not activate the position menu.

2.) different question: can I establish a general default position for the moving head for all scenes ?

Thank your very much for your help !

Tim

Picture 1:
Create 2 Banks, one for Positions and one for Colors

Picture 2:
Store your Positions. See the green Dots on top of the Faders. Be sure, that only the positionfaders has a green dot. Only parameters with the green dot will be affected by this schene.

Picture 3:
Store your colorinformation in your colorscenes.
Be shure, that only the colorfaders and the dimmerfader has agreen dot.

Now you can start one of your position-scenes, no colorchange will happen and you can start one of your color-scenes without any position-change. Two scene are running now. If you have no running position-scene, the spots will return to the position with Pan=0 and Tilt=0.

Greetings,
Michael

If you don't want, the the Movingheads return to zero-position if no position-scene is started, create one static-scene calles "Homeposition" and store there the position of all Movinheads at the center of the Stage. Set the priority of this scene to "lowest" and turn this scene on. Never stop this scene (set "Protectet from release" to on). If you stop now all position-scenes, the spot moves to the stored homeposition.

Greetings,
Michael
