Hi,
I have a external MIDI device connected to the PC which is sending "MIDI Program Change" commands.
- I can see them in the daslight 5 MIDI viewer
- I can also map the "Program Change" commands by using the "Map MIDI" function.

Problem:
- When I try to trigger the mapped functionality (trigger a scene) nothing happens

But I can see that the "MIDI input Indicator" is flashing.

So somehow the command is received but it is not triggering.

Sending and using "MIDI CC" or MIDI notes is working.
It seems there is only a problem with the "MIDI Program Change" commands.

I also tried it with the newest beta (5.0.5) version but it behaves the same.

Can you confirm that?

Hi Niko,

Unfortunately MIDI PC messages are not fully supported in Daslight, only CC and Note messages are. Perhaps it would be worth using a MIDI converter app to translate these PC messages into Note or CC. For example, I know there is a 3rd party software named MIDI Pipe (I believe it is Mac only, but I'm sure there will be a Windows equivalent) which capable to doing exactly this.

I am already using a 3rd party software to translate the PC messages as a workaround.
Anyway it would be nice if you could add full support for MIDI PC messages.
