Hi

Im sure this question has been asked before but I could not find it... why, when loading a fixture, the parameters (gobo, colours, etc...) doesn't get automatically transferred to the group and scenes?
I understand that people like to do things differently and flexibility is paramount, but having a button that would automatically input all the parameters would be a time saver.

I do not know what your experience is which daslight 5, however in the new beta there is the ability to select a selection in FX from a drop down, that way when you add a fixture, then it will automatically update that fx with the new fixture. all you have to do is add the new fixtures to the existing selection.

While the current architecture favors flexibility, pushing for automatic parameter transfers could benefit many users. Explore existing settings or batch processing options to streamline your routine.
