Hello, I've been working on daslight for a few weeks now, and I think it's important to point out a problem with daslight's audio and light synchronization.
In Dashlight software itself, I think the ability to use multiple audio tracks is very convenient, especially for separating all the instrumental tracks in a piece.
However, there is a real synchronization problem between the tracks themselves; they shift slightly when you import even just 2 audio tracks , for example, one for the drums, the other for the bass, when they should be supposed to play at the same time. In reality, they don't, and this also causes a delay in the lightshow.
This function, which distinguishes you of other lighting software company, becomes unusable. When launching the multiscene, the bass is out of sync with the drums 4 times out of 5... Could you fix this issue?
I am forced to use other an additionnal software like Reaper or Logic to manage the audio, even though Dashlight is supposed to do it correctly since it's a function that you have implemented within your software...
Thank you in advance for addressing this issue with your engineers and indicating why this function has been neglected. As a musician, we cannot afford to have random delays, even of a few milliseconds, between each track of a multiscene with several stems audio.
Thank you

Re: synchronization problems with multiple audio tracks in Daslight
Hello,
Thanks for the report, I have tested this out and can reproduce the issue that you are referring to. This has been reported to the developers to look into further, hopefully there will be some way we can optimise this in a future version of Daslight 5.
Kind regards,
Will
