Screen remains locked and no password entered is validated.

Do anyone know how to unlock the screen?

"_global.ini" file:
[General]
OEM=DASLIGHT

(I think this normally contains password locked screen properties?

Thank your for your message!

In this case, to unlock the project/file, you should do the following steps:

-Close Daslight
-Search the root folder for a file called ‘global.ini’
-Open the file in notepad
-Search for the word ‘locked’ (ctrl+f / cmd+f)
-The next word ‘True’ needs to be changed to ‘false’ (or alternatively sometimes the password is displayed next to the ‘locked’ text.
-Save the file
-Open Daslight
-Enter password if required
