Stand alone and USB mode at the same time

Is it possible to use DS5 connected to the PC (USB mode) and buttons programmed phisicaly from hardware controller at the same time?

Unfortunately the device can only be in 1 state at a time- either connected to software (Live control) or disconnected from software (Stand Alone). It is not possible to have both at once.
