MIDI LEDs MAPPING not working

Hi, i use Lunchpad X and i would like to set the LED:

scene on LED blinking white (channel 2 velocity 3)
scene off LED white (channel 1 velocity 3)

But not working

If i set for:

scene on LED fade white (channel 3 velocity 3)
scene on LED white (channel 1 velocity 3)

work correctly (for fade but i would like blinking)
