with pixel lights that have a separate dimmer channel, when making a chase with the dimmer, it dims the whole fixture and not individual pixels. WHICH IS FINE, but there needs to be a way to toggle between the individual pixels and the master dimmer

after playing with this, this is actually a serious issue that needs fixed asap, I cant do dimmer chases with pixel bars.

I first solved it by patching a single channel for dimmer and one for strobe and 8 generic RGB for an 8 pixel bar (dimmer, strobe, rgb, rgb, rgb, .....). Simply always turn on the dimmer channel and then put it on the RGB chaser or color mappings.

great workaround, however we shouldn't have to do this
