Disable "Toggle" function for scenes

Hi,
Is it possible to disable the "Toggle" function for scenes? I want the scene to keep running even though I click on it again. The only way to deactivate a scene should be when I click on another scene. I have tried adjusting "Release mode" and "Protect from release", but these settings are controlling something else.

The use case for this is:
I'm triggering scenes through MIDI, so in a beginning of a song I'm triggering a Dimmer scene and a Color scene. When we practice or do sound check we sometimes start in a middle of a song, and then the light is not triggering since no MIDI is being sent from my DAW (Ableton Live). So I thought it would be cool to trigger the same Dimmer scene and Color scene from every part of the song (intro, vers, chorus and so on), so no matter where we start the song from the lights will be triggered.

Is there a way to achieve this?

I think you can switch from a 'Toggle' to 'On'. Though you might have to change some of your setup so that you can turn things 'Off'. Personally I like to use an empty scene in the group as a way to trigger a 'release' of the group.

That was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
I already use empty scenes called "Black out", "No color", "No FX" and so on to "Release" the whole bank/group.
