DVC Gold disconnect when I load a showfile

Every time, I open a showfile, my DVC Gold Interface disconnects from my MacBook and I have to reconnect them.
Also if I start Daslight new, it connects, then I open any file and it disconnect again.
Is it a bug or a feature :-)

Hey,
You can go into the settings of DL where you can enable the DVC Gold by checking the box next to it.
But of course this is a feature

Hi MatrixLights,
yes I know, I set the checkmark there and my Interface is online.
Then I save my work, close and close Daslight.
If I start it again, my Interface goes online, then I load my file and it goes offline again.

I am on the same boat with you and I do not think it is the feature. Hope that any staff of Dashlight Team sees this post and give us effective solutions.

Have you installed the latest version of Daslight? Updating your software regularly can fix bugs and improve compatibility.

Same here.
Even if You open a file, start the Gold interface, and then open the same file again, you have to start the interface again. Every time.

It takes a long time to restart the UI every time you open a file.
