Hi !

So I'm on my way to program a play and I've had some ideas along the process that I wanted to share !

a bit of context: the play will contain about 15 cuelists. I plan to use superscenes as cues for static and audio based programming. It allows me to use some pre-programmed scenes for intensity, color and shapes, like some "presets" or "palettes". this makes updating and propagating new values throughout the entire show much more faster !

But the thing is that I end up with many many banks ! Some are cuelists, some are paletes. Ading something like bank pages or bank groups would help declutter the screen during programming: scroll less, work faster

In addition to that, having a way to create a new superscene from a selection of scenes would also fasten the process !

I'm curious to know what the community and devs think about these two ideas please let me know !

I think the ideas are great since you can get structure in huge projects without closing every scene on its own.

Sadly they don't answer to those post that often so you never really know if they read our ideas...
But we will see.

You can actually select more scene, and with right clic > Create super scene .

This requests really show the potential of the new DL for using it for bigger shows. I am excited to see which features devs will add in the feature.

I'm also still struggling with the organization of scenes a bit but I at least find the "hide" feature of banks quite useful. I've got a couple of banks with scenes that I really only use in superscenes, and I just hide these banks (right click on the bank name) so they are out of the way when running a show.
