Fading problme in Timeline

In Version B5 from 27.01. on Mac:
I have only 2 RGB-spots. Scene "Spot 1" sets spot 1 to red and dimmer to 100%
Scene "Spot 2" sets spot 2 to red and dimmer to 100%
If I place both Scenes on the timeline to track 1 and 2 at the same time, there are some problems if I try to programm a fade in or out.
See Picture 1:

With a fade in on track 1, spot 1 fades in.
With a fade in on track on and 2, both spots fades in, but both uses the fade in time from spot 1.
With a fade in on track 2, no spot fades in, both switches on.
See Picture 2:

Same Problem, if I use the dimming-curve instead of the fading-function, but vice versa.
With a fade in on track 2, spot 2 fades in.
With a fade in on track on and 2, both spots fades in, but both uses the fade in time from spot 1.
With a fade in on track 1, no spot fades in, both switches on.
