[FIXED in b6] 5.0.b5 - MIDI OUT strange behaviour

Hello.
As one can see in the video, MIDI OUT is not working for a specific device, but another device can trigger another device: https://youtu.be/zN1_q4wby6A
Also, button reaction on/off depends on the fader position (if ->127 reacts as "Mute" and if <-127 is momentary "On"

Velocity is 0 for On and Off
