Scanlibrary destroys fixture

Yesterday, a brand new set of lightning equipment and Daslight was delivered at our location.
This set includes the Showtec Giant XL moving head (V2.0).
Daslight has a profile for this fixture, but the pan correction and tilt are switched.
The fixture has pan on ch 1, tilt on ch 2, then the pan correction on ch 3.
The profile however has pan correction on ch 2 and tilt on ch3.
So, I opened the .ssl file in ScanLibrary, edited the channels and saved it.
Then reloaded Daslight and now the tilt/pan correction channels are ok.
However, a lot of icons above the channels are gone. Pan/Tilt are there, so are the gobo and color icons. But the icons for dimmer and shutter (and some others like the focus) are replaced by a questionmark.
How do I solve this?
