Hey I would like to control my moving head with a PS4 controller. I have already tried a few software solutions, but unfortunately nothing has worked so far. I would like to convert the signal from the controller into a midi signal. I have already found the software Miditrol which does this excellently, but unfortunately Daslight does not want to accept the midi signal, although a midi viewer shows me that a midi signal is being sent.

Perhaps the software MIDI Translator Pro would help you here.
I use this software to change the midi channel and velocity of my midi devices to use it with Daslight.

If I find a little time I would try these also and then came back with some feedback.

I have also downloaded the app Miditrol and will test it the next days.

So, here's the first result ...

With Bome Midi Translator and Miditrol together, I get the PS4 Controller general working as a MIDI input device in Daslight 4.
But until know it is only a basic function. Now I have to find out which settings i must set in Miditrol to get the right behavior in Daslight. I'll try it the next days ...

That sounds very good. I have not been able to get this to work with MIDITROL and Midi Bome.

I don´t have use any settings in Miditrol. I have Download the App from the App Store, and have Connected the PS4 Controller.
