Fades on parameters other than intensity

Hello,
I am trying to create a fade from one scene to another where all the parameters on the fixtures are faded rather than just the intensity. Does anyone know if this is possible?
I have tried using scene fades and step fades (within a scene) and I have not been successful with either.
I am using fixtures with Int/Ctc/Sat/Hue and all four parameters have fade enabled in the patch settings. When I transition from one scene to another, the intensity fades correctly but the hue, sat or colour temp changes instantly.
