Daslight 4 Crash

Hello everybody.
I have Problems with my Daslight 4 program on my MacBook. Always when I'm open a File is Daslight crashed, also when I'm want to patched ssl files in a new file.
I have reinstalled Daslight but it also not works again. Has anybody such problems too?
Installed is Daslight 4 version of Jan. 2020 and MacOS 10.15.6. . I don't know what I can do more.
Please help me, I don't can control my lights and it is very important that it works timely.
Support has not reacted about the crashes and I write them many times.
Do Daslight bring any Time updates again for Daslight 4? There are now 8 months with no update in all this time and in the Forum was the last post in April...
