Hello there!

I'm new into lightshows and use my DVC FUN for lighting my streambackground.

>>> Problem: If Daslight 4 isn't in focus or minimized it doesn't "listening / stealing" to keyboardinputs / hotkeyinputs.
Is it possible that Daslight 4 is working with global hotkeys?

>>> Why it have to: My viewers are able to use their channelpoints and/or chatmessages to change the colors/lighting scenes. But only if I opened and focused the Daslight 4 software. But if I'm ingame, browsing the internet or in my DAW for music, Daslight 4 do not recieve hotkey input.

And I really have to fix that.

Can anyone help me or give me some advice to fix that?

Hi,

As far as I know, global hot keys are not possible with Daslight 4.
This feature MUST be implemented in the software, which is not the case in the present version.
The sofware must "listen" to the operating system messages.

Some other DMX applications do not have this feature.

So, Daslight4 must have the focus for the shortcut keys work.
Maybe in a next version...

I hope so bad, that it's gonna make it in a new updated version <3
