Hello everyone

I bought the gold dvc2 interface,suidi 8 version, as the operating system using 64-bit Windows 7.

lately I have problems with the trigger input with dmx:

the interface do not take the DMX signal input (I activated by daslight options, the DMX input)

I also tried to reinstall das light, but does not work!
What should I do??

Hi Damo

Open up tools.exe and go to the testing tab. Do you see a DMX input here?

This will help us to understand if it is a software problem or not.

simon thank you, I downloaded the tool.exe, I updated the firmware, and now it seems to work properly!
