everything works fine but no gobos

hi all
i am having daslight for about 5 years and i work a lot with the software and i have programing alot of clubs ,theaters ,....... with daslight
the problem that i have from the first day is that in the 3d everything is working fine but not the gobos. some times they going to work for a few seconds and if i change the value again white dot or the color that i have choose appears. at first i thought that the problem was in my laptop and i dint care for that problem. now my pc is hp touchsmart iq522 with touch screen

grafic card is:
adapter type :NVIDIA Geforce 9300M GS
chip type :geforce9300gs
dac type :intergrated ramdac
adapter string : geforce9300gs
bios information : version 62.98.1f.2.3
total available memory : 2047 MB
dedicated video memory: 256 MB
system video memory : 0 MB

IAM having windows vista home premium
proicessor :intel core 2duo cpu t6400 @ 2.00 ghz 2.00 ghz
memory (ram) : 4.00 GB
system type : 64BIT

THE interface is dvc 2 gold zm 1536 channels

Sometimes your gobos do not show in the 3D visualiser?

Please e-mail me the following:
1. an small example show including fixtures and scenes where you cannot see the gobos
2. The fixture profiles
3. Also please confirm the problem exists int he latest software version available for download from the website

i have found the solusion for the problem and now everything works it was very simple first i put on the interface and from eco mode the 3d is in full mode and change the normal to advanced and everything works fine :D :D :D :D :D
