I've been using daslight for a while now.
I have a cheap lightdesk that I plug in to daslight with DMX in.
I use it to control both single/multiple channels, triggering scenes and smoke machines.
It works pretty well but there is some delay though.
To my questions!
Q:1
One thing I really miss is to fade scenes in/out using a slider on the desk (when i don't want pre programed times).
Q:2
I would like to use a flash button on the desk to trigger the next scene (like a GO-button) or at least be able to use a keyboard-button, WITHOUT holding 'control'.
Is this possible?
If not, I hope it will be in the next version!
One more wish is to be able to use DMX from the lightdesk during programing such as pan & tilt.
