I have the Daslight Gold. It has 2 DMX Outputs on it, I presumed I could use each one to operate a universe each (2 universes). Is says on the description leaflet in the box that you can configure the DMX ports I presume this is why the 2nd universe is not working am I right??

This should be possible with the DVC2 Gold. Connect the interface, start the software, select "tools" and "interface manager". You can then modify the second universe there.
