Newbie trouble shooting

Hi all hope you can give me a steer. I am using a DVC4 fun with daylight 4 to control some really simple RGB colour changing sequencing in standalone mode. I am new to DMX programming but have managed to get several fixtures to colour cycle as required while the dvc4 is connected to my laptop but when I download the saved scene to the interanal memory and run in standalone mode, any fade transitions become flashing. So a fade from one colour to another becomes a flash from one colour to another without the fade. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

Hey,
How does your show look ? Do you set one color per scene ? Or do you have several stepa in one scene with one color each ?
(you could even send your show file here so we can take a look and try to tell you what's going on).
Regards,

Hi Thanks for your reply. I am using 1 scene with multiple steps. 1 second hold and 3 second fade times between 6 colour variations. When run connected to the software all works as it should but in standalone mode the fade transitions are replaced with a flash, so colour changes instantaneously from one two the next. Any pointers welcome

Hey,
Please save it in a .zip file and try sending again. This forum only takes a few file formats, .zip is one of them.

Hey,
Sorry is seems I can't open your zip file. Could you reopload it, please ?
Another couple of quick questions : What version of Daslight4 are you using ? Is it the latest available on the website (beta) ?
