is it possible to use a key form your keyboard as a "freeze" key
> e.g. to freeze moves.

As far as I know, you can only use the break button in the scene mode!

do you have any ideas?

there is a pause button on top of the program, which you can also use in the live mode. When pushed, your current active scenes will freeze until you push it again...
