Daslight DVC 3 Issues

Hi There,
I have install a few clubs in Kuala Lumpur, daslight dvc 3 software with DVC4 Gold Usb Interface.
Something the Device stop sending dmx output, after restarting the device then it will again send dmx output, this would happen three or four times a night.
can someone tell me what wrong
