Virtual 3D won't load

I have installed the software on a new system. VC2 appears to run fine, but when I run Virtual 3D, it just gets stuck on the splash screen. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes I have had this happen to me, the program is looking for the last file loaded and cannot find it.

You need to put the last used file back in the machine. ie a memory stick file or a removable disc.

Does the splash screen have any info on it. or is it just the start up screen.?

Look in the "Daslight Virtual Controller 2" folder for a file calle EasyView.ini open it with Notepad and change the line

INISTAGEFILE=

to read just that. Should get you going again.

Thanks for your replies - I ended up not having the video driver installed - XP was using the stock VGA driver which DasLight didn' like (I guess I should have read the troubleshooting info at the back of the manual before posting!)
